Music & graphics: UNDERWAVES is a romanian female fronted band which plays a combination of genres from metalcore, nu-metal and groove metal to alternative metal and post rock.
The band was formed on the 16th, November, 2017. The band was initially formed by Ana (lead vocals), followed by Bogdan (bass), Rat (drums) and Carol (guitar). Underwaves is currently playing a combination of genres from metalcore, nu-metal, groove metal to alternative metal and post rock. In the summer of 2018, the band was forced to enter a hiatus of almost 3 months. Currently their setlist contains only original songs and their debut album “HIATUS” was released in April 2019.
